The Institute for Embodied Healing is an online/hybrid training center offering continuing education for mental health professionals, yoga teachers and therapists, as well as online learning experiences for those who want to learn more about mindfulness, yoga, and embodiment and challenges associated with difficulties with embodied self-regulation (e.g., trauma, anxiety, depression, eating disorders).
